What we collect

• When you contact us. The name, email address, company, role, topic and message you type into the contact form. We keep a copy in our website system and email it to our team.
• Analytics, if you accept cookies. Google Analytics counts visits and pages viewed, the general location of the visitor (country or city), device type and how visitors arrived. It does not tell us who you are. If you decline, or if you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland and have not accepted, analytics cookies are not set.
• Server and security logs. Our host and security tools record IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and protect it from abuse.

Why we use it

To answer your message and follow up on the business you asked about; to understand which pages help visitors; and to keep the website secure. For visitors in the EEA and UK, our legal bases are your consent (analytics) and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and running a secure website.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the website: our web host, our email delivery service and Google (analytics, if you accept). We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Messages from the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business that follows, and deleted on request. Analytics data is kept under Google Analytics’ retention setting.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and the website and its service providers process data there. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your choices and rights

You can change your cookie choice at any time with Cookie settings. Depending on where you live, you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email v@nova-vera.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
